Cold Light Source Technology

Cold light source without thermal radiation, low temperature rise on the surface of illuminated objects, solving the problem of heat damage in optical communication and LCD production. Particularly suitable for applications such as LCD edge sealing and thin film printing where minimal temperature rise is required. Low heat generation solves the issue of excessive heat from mercury lamp spraying devices that is intolerable for operators. LED-UV light sources emit high-purity monochromatic ultraviolet light, virtually no output of infrared light, belonging to cold light sources that do not cause deformation of processed workpieces.

UV LED Curing Advantages

High efficiency: The light energy of LED-UV is highly concentrated in a specific ultraviolet spectrum that has effective curing properties. Its curing effect is comparable to traditional high-pressure mercury lamps with an actual intensity of 1000-2000mW/cm², shortening curing time. Traditional mercury lamps appear bright but generate a lot of heat due to their wide spectrum, with only a portion of the energy concentrated in the ultraviolet spectrum responsible for effective curing, while a considerable amount falls into visible light (stray light) and infrared spectrum (producing heat).
