Imported high-quality LED beads output 365nm±5nm (or 395nm±5nm optional) ultraviolet band, with excellent uniformity of light intensity distribution (optional uniform optical lens), ensuring consistent and reliable curing effect within a 300*50mm irradiation area, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality.
The system employs a highly efficient intelligent air-cooling heat dissipation system to effectively control the operating temperature of the LED beads, ensuring long-term continuous and stable operation of the equipment and extending the lifespan of the LEDs (typical lifespan > 20,000 hours).
The controller is equipped with a digital display interface, allowing for precise adjustment of light intensity (1%-100% stepless adjustment) and irradiation time, and features multiple irradiation modes (manual, jog, and automatic timer). The equipment has safety functions such as overheat protection and operates stably and reliably.
Compared to traditional mercury lamps, energy consumption is significantly reduced, and there is no ozone production or mercury pollution, meeting the requirements of modern green manufacturing. It is ready to use immediately without preheating, minimizing energy waste.
