Thermal Substrate: All devices are packaged with Aluminum Nitride (AlN) ceramic substrates. With an ultra-high thermal conductivity of over 170 W/m·K, AlN rapidly dissipates heat from the chip, maintaining low junction temperatures during continuous high-current operation and significantly slowing lumen depreciation.
High-Purity Quartz Glass Packaging Technology: This series adopts high-purity quartz glass packaging, completely resolving the aging and yellowing defects common to traditional organic resin encapsulation. Quartz glass features superior UV resistance and high deep-UV transmittance, ensuring zero performance degradation under long-term intensive UV exposure and stable optical power output. In addition, its excellent high-temperature resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), and strong chemical inertness enable reliable hermetic sealing. Bonding Wire: Internal electrical interconnection adopts imported 99.99% high-purity thickened gold wire. The upgraded thick-wire structure greatly enhances surge current resistance, eliminates the risk of individual LED open-circuit failure, and guarantees long-term stable electrical conduction.
