1. General Precautions
  • The LED irradiation head connection cable is designed to support bending. Under standard test conditions, the bending performance of the cable is met. However, performance under all actual use conditions cannot be guaranteed.
  • Do not disassemble, modify, or set up the internal structure. Any failure, breakdown, or damage caused by modification will void the warranty.
2. Installation Environment
  • Operating temperature & humidity: 0°C to +45°C, ≤85%RH (no condensation or freezing).
  • Storage temperature & humidity: -10°C to +60°C, ≤85%RH (no condensation or freezing).
  • Keep away from dust, soot, conductive dust, corrosive or flammable gases, salt, and iron.
  • Avoid contact with water, oil, medicines, or chemicals.
  • Avoid environments with severe temperature changes, strong vibration, impacts, direct sunlight, or strong magnetic/electric fields.
3. Power Supply and Wiring
  • Use a single-phase 200V-240V (50Hz-60Hz) power supply voltage with proper grounding.
  • Do not share the power line with motors, induction machinery, or high-power devices.
  • Only use the attached cable to connect the controller and the LED irradiation head.
  • For bending applications, ensure the minimum bending radius is greater than 110mm. Operating below this radius may cause cable rupture in a short period.
4. About Installation
  • Keep both the controller and the irradiation head level during installation. Do not tilt, tip, or install them in reverse to avoid overheating and damage.
  • Do not install in confined spaces. Do not block the radiator vents.
5. Connection Precautions
  • Verify all electrical and system connections are correct before switching on the power supply.
