High-capacity centrifugal exhaust fan with internal small fans. Front/rear air supply systems include filters. Double-louvered inlets on the oven cover reduce internal temperature and extend lamp life;

Functional Description:

The UV oven adopts sheet metal design and manufacturing, featuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high reliability. The conveyor rails use specialized hardened aluminum profiles, the conveyor chains use 5mm extended-pin stainless steel chains, and the UV lamps use imported tubes. Energy control employs electronic stepless adjustment.
The system is controlled via a touch screen, PLC, and temperature control module. After startup, it operates automatically and intelligently. When the UV lamp is activated, it waits for the UV energy to reach normal levels. When the internal temperature exceeds 40°C, the PLC and temperature control module activate the frequency converter to start the fan for low-frequency cooling. When the temperature rises to 60°C, the PLC and temperature module intelligently increase the fan frequency to normal operation. If the temperature exceeds the safe range, an over-temperature alarm (red light and buzzer) is triggered. The PLC automatically stops the UV lamp and keeps the fan running to cool the chamber. If the temperature reaches an extreme safety threshold, the mechanical thermostat will cut off power for dual protection.
The device uses hierarchical password control. Operator-level passwords grant access only to the operational interface, while administrator-level passwords allow access to system parameter settings.
A UV working time accumulator is included to remind users of lamp maintenance and replacement schedules.
