1. General precautions
  • In the attached connection cable, the LED irradiation head connection cable is designed to be bent. Under standard test conditions, the bending performance of the cable is satisfied. However, its performance under all conditions of actual use cannot be guaranteed.
  • Do not disassemble, modify, or set up inside the system. Breakdown, modification, and usage issues caused by failure or damage under these circumstances are not covered within the scope of the warranty.
2. Install the environment
  • Installation and use ambient temperature and humidity: 0℃ to +45℃, ≤85%RH (no condensation or freezing).
  • Temperature and humidity of storage environment: -10℃ to +60℃, ≤85%RH (no condensation or freezing).
  • Avoid dust, soot, conductive dust, corrosive or flammable gas, salt, iron, etc.
  • Avoid contact with water, oil, medicine, and other liquids.
  • Avoid places with severe temperature changes, vibration, impact, direct sunlight, strong magnetic fields, or strong electric fields.
3. About power supply and wiring
  • Please supply single-phase 180V-240V (frequency 50Hz-60Hz) power supply voltage and connect to grounding.
  • Do not use the same power cord shared with motors, induction machinery, or high-power devices.
  • For the wiring between the controller and the LED irradiation head, please use the attached cable to connect.
  • When using in bending configurations, ensure a minimum bending radius greater than 110mm is designed into the system. Bending with a radius less than recommended may cause rupture to occur within a short period.
4. About installation
  • When installing the controller and irradiation head, keep them level. Do not tilt, tip, or install them in a reversed position. Otherwise, it may lead to heat generation and damage.
  • Do not install in a confined space. Do not block the radiator vents.
5. Precautions for power connection
  • Before switching on the power supply, please confirm that all connections are correct.
