Q1. Which wavelength should we choose?
Pls check your ink TDS, if not sure check with your Ink supplier. We can provide 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm wavelength as standard.
Q2. The Input Voltage?
Standard Input voltage is AC200-240V, AC 110V is possible. 50/60HZ.

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on UV LED curing system?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5. Do you offer guarantee and installation service for the products?
Yes, we offer 20000HRS service and 1 year free warranty. The installation service can provided but should be payed according different country and different system.
Q6. How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new parts with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
