Our Bench-top UV Accelerated Aging Weather Test Chamber is suitable for accelerated aging tests through ultraviolet light, temperature, and water exposure. It is used to predict the relative durability of non-metallic materials such as coating films, plastics, rubber, etc. It is especially suitable for observing the degree of performance damage of particularly durable materials, such as reduced gloss, haze, reduced strength, chalking, cracking, blistering, embrittlement, and color fading.
Like all artificial weather accelerated aging test equipment, the test results obtained by the desktop UV fluorescent ultraviolet aging test chamber cannot replace natural exposure to determine the actual durability of the material. However, this instrument can provide reliable relative test results, which are very useful for the quick evaluation of the anti-aging properties of materials, screening or improving formulas, and monitoring product quality.
The optimized stainless steel interlayer liner design avoids rust and leaks, while effectively preventing water vapor in the workroom from penetrating into the electrical parts and damaging electronic components.
The operator can arbitrarily set various parameters required for the test through the man-machine interface and check the running status of the machine at any time.
