Our tube furnaces are all CE certified for temperatures up to 1200/1400/1700 °C and operating temperatures up to 1100/1300/1600 °C, with power ratings based on size. The furnace tubes are equipped with high purity quartz or corundum tubes and are fitted with a pair of stainless steel flanges (with mechanical pressure gauges and stainless steel shut-off valves fitted to the flanges) at both ends. The unit allows sintering of samples under vacuum and gas protection. The precise temperature control system includes 30 stages of temperature increase and decrease curve settings, and its temperature control accuracy reaches ±1 °C.
