General Precautions
  • In the attached connection cable, the LED irradiation head connection cable can be used to be bent. Under standard test conditions, the bending performance of the cable is satisfied. However, its performance under any conditions of actual use cannot be guaranteed.
  • Do not disassemble, modify or set up inside. Breakdown, modification and use caused by failure, damage and other circumstances will not be within the scope of warranty.
Install Environment
  • Installation and use ambient temperature and humidity: 0°C to +45°C, ≤85%RH (no condensation, freezing).
  • Temperature and humidity of storage environment: -10°C to +60°C, ≤85%RH (non-condensation, freezing).
  • Ensure the environment is free from dust, soot, conductive dust, corrosive or flammable gas, salt, iron, etc.
  • Avoid contact with water, oil, medicine and other liquids.
  • Avoid severe temperature change, vibration, impact, direct sunlight, strong magnetic fields, and strong electric fields.
Power Supply and Wiring
  • Please supply single-phase 180V-240V (frequency 50Hz-60Hz) power supply voltage, and ensure proper grounding.
  • Do not use the same power cord with motors, induction machinery, or other high-power devices.
  • For the wiring between the controller and the LED irradiation head, please use the attached cable to connect.
  • When used in bending applications, design the system with a minimum bending radius greater than 110mm. Bending with a radius less than recommended may cause rupture in a short time.
Installation Guide
  • When installing the controller and irradiation head, keep it level. Do not tilt, tip or reverse install. Otherwise, it may lead to heat issues and damage.
  • Do not install in a confined space. Do not block the radiator vents.

  • Before switching on the power supply, please confirm all connections are correct.
